🕒 Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2–4 business days
- Orders placed after 5 PM ET on Fridays will be processed the following Monday
- We do not ship on weekends or holidays
🚚 Shipping Methods
We currently ship using:
- Canada Post
- UPS
- Purolator
- DHL Express
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
💰 Shipping Rates
We offer:
- Flat rate shipping for standard orders
- Tiered pricing based on weight and destination
- Free shipping on orders over $75 CAD (before tax)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected carrier.
🌍 Where We Ship
- We ship across Canada and to select international destinations
- International customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time

We use recyclable and reusable packaging whenever possible. Each order includes a branded insert or thank-you card — because every package should feel like a gift.

🧾 Tariffs & Duties (U.S. Customers)
As of August 29, 2025, the United States has suspended its duty-free threshold for international shipments. This means:
- All packages shipped from Canada to the U.S. may be subject to import duties and tariffs, regardless of value
- These fees are determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and vary based on the product type and country of origin
- Lilies Pages is not responsible for these charges — they are the responsibility of the customer
